By signing up to Hit Clown you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement. Hit Clown reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members.

You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that the information that you submit to Hit Clown is valid. You must have a good understanding of the English language.

We do not accept URLs that have illegal or adult content. We only accept sites that are written in English. We do not accept sites that have popunders, popups, Javascript alerts or breaks out of frames. We reserve the right to terminate any sites that do not meet our criteria.

We have a 2:1 ratio. If you decide to refer other people to Hit Clown you will receive , 20% of your referral's credits on level 1, 15% of your referral's credits on level 2, 10% of your referral's credits on level 3, 5% of your referral's credits on level 4, 3% of your referral's credits on level 5, 10% of your referral's credits on level 6, 15% of your referral's credits on level 7, 20% of your referral's credits on level 8.

We will not tolerate the use of SPAM as a method of promoting your Hit Clown referral links. We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages. All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join Hit Clown in the future.

You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way. If you want to use our promotional banners for your website you must upload them to your server.

All personal information is stored in the Hit Clown database and will not be sold or given away to third parties. You give Hit Clown permission to send you newsletters regarding our program.

If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not join Hit Clown. If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated.
By joining HitClown.com, you agree to provide a working eMail to receive our occasional updates and offerings. Accounts which have eMails returned to us (unable to deliver) may be deleted at any time.
